Was about to play some OCN gun game for the first time in weeks but nooo...

Seems my friends rig had cheats on it and now I can't join secure servers thank to him...
Never log in to your Steam account on someone else PC.

Off to buy a new CSS and make a new account just for that game then when I have the time for it that is.

They are a business after all, and claiming that they will lose your custom unless the issue is resolved will hopefully give them the incentive to unban you.

Mm... it would at least be better if I could just remove the game from my account and install a new one with a new key... but they want to make us have multiple accounts instead.
Would be better if wasn't present... just like PunkBuster+BF2. Last time I used PB BF2 just shut down randomly.

But VAC on the other hand punished me for my friends cheat infested PC...

You should claim that your account was hacked, and that the account was banned on the hacker's computer. You can prove this because the IP address will be different (unless he bought his PC around to your home) from what you normally log in on.
