Default [Poll] Your Favourite NFS Game

So we all knew how EA has really messed up the past few Need For Speed's, right? We'll what was your most enjoyable game before they screwed up? Come on, be honest too

I'm going to have to say Need For Speed: Hot Pursuit 2, that game had me hooked for weeks, and I loved the soundtrack.

porsche unleashed was awesome because i love those cars and really liked being able to totally upgrade my cars then sell them. i really liked being able to drive through europe and all the scenery.

Agreed Porsche Unleashed was an amazing game. I still play it occasionally.

I actually thought the new one was fun. Just not if you use a keyboard/mouse or 360controller.

I have to vote for NFS2 just for nostalgia purposes, however shift was my favorite this far. I'm also completely prepared to get flamed for having an opinion so please don't hold back on my account

Hot Pursuit 2: that game was the racer of choice w. roommates/friends till Burnout 3 came out

Used to piss friends off endlessly with dukes o hazard evasions in pursuit mode
