2: Thou shall not use auto aim.
3: Thou shall not Hint on every single thing in the game.
4: Thou shall not have lousy support for V.Sync.
5: Thou shall not make games that only 12y.o find fun.
6: Thou shall not make stereotypical game characters.
7: Thou shall not implement GFWL on any game.

7-2: Thou shall have mute function on any online game.
7-3: Thou shall have kick/ban function on any MP game.
7-4: Thou shall have support for Alt-tabb without messing the game.
7-5: Thou shall have Sound settings (damn ported games only have sound volume and nothing more).
7-6: Thou shall have LAN functions that don't require Internet connection.
7-7: Thou shall have support for mods.

Apart from 2, I'd sign up to all of these. With an addition to 7 of "or control system" (I'm thinking of the devolution of the Deus Ex menu's to those in Deus Ex Invisible War...)

What would replace 2? Um... probably...

"Thou Shalt Not Force Bloatware Internet Software On A Single Player Game." (Games for Windows Live, Rockstar Social Club, etc...)

Or possibly...

"Thou Shalt Not Gimp Half The Game So It Can Be Charged For By DLC Later."

1- Thou shalt not release a half finished game then charge the same price for the DLC
2- Thou shalt not port thy crappy console games to PC
3- Thou shalt not make funn of Gabe's weight
4- Thou shalt not killsteal
5- Thou shalt always overclocketh everything, even if it yeilds no noticeable preformance increase
6- Thou shalt not use mouse + keyboard to play any flight simulator
7- Thou shalt always allow + support 3rd party mods (Oblivion, Half Life etc)
