What platform should I get this on?

PC is obviously going to require more skill.

Consoles almost always have auto-aim on.

Control. Vent/Teamspeak > XBox Live. Better graphics.

Modding possible on PC. Impossible on XBox.

What point is there to get it on consoles? You've got a rig that'll probably max it, so it'll look a helluvalot better on PC. There will probably be an SDK release for PC, so you'll have mods on the PC.
