PC100 so-dimm needed for underpriviledged laptop
 What follows is the sad, sad story of FlaTy (with only one "T") . A laptop with only 128 MB of PC100 synchronous dynamic-random access memory and a 650 Mhz Pentium III that almost gets maxed out by flash-heavy websites. FlaTy was born with a screen attached, but some sort of accident , which happened before FlaTY was adopted and brought back to life, has left FlaTy without a screen.  But fear not, FlaTy is stilll rockin and is currently courageously powering a projector and serving as a HTPC as seen in the pictures. FlaTy does an excellent job as a low power HTPC, sometimes though FlaTy suffers from memory "issues". Even with only 17 services running, 128 MB fills up pretty fast, leaving FlaTY struggling to finish even remedial tasks like: 1. Browsing the Internet. 2. Having a few too many windows open (like 4). 3. Any sort of network streaming. So, if someone out there wants to help out a brave laptop named FlaTY, check around the crib for some spare PC100 so-dimms and we'll negotiate a price. FlaTY will get a much needed memory upgrade you will get a certificate of authenticity showing FlaTY's improved performance in benchmark form.

I really dont want to hijack, but I really could use one as well, just PC133, but I already have a 256mb stick, so if help me find a cheap 512 stick, I will flat out give you my 256 stick for free.
Mine is a PC133 stick though, but I think it will work with the PC100 slot.

Guys, same problem here! I need 2 pc133 512mb sdramm sticks for my DELL.... i have one in it that is 256mb but that's just as much ram as my celphone has... please help

boys i went through this one month ago. its hard to find any. you need to check out ebay, i got 2x512mb for $40.00 shipped. i got the old ram that was in it 2x128mb pc 133.
