I am looking for a low to mid end PCI-E card that supports at least Shader Model 3. Looking to spend $20-25 shipped, PM me with what you've got and how much.

Hm well I have an Nvidia Geforce 6200 TurboCache. It does great with COD4, CA, CS, and etc. lol Just PM me your address and I may try to ship it. Shipping needs to be cheap though.
