Friend is trying to get a budget i5 build and still needs the following:

-PSU (500-600w is sufficient)
-Heatsink/Fan (no TRUE/Megahalem unless its $30)
-Cheap video card (anything basic, pci-e required)
-mATX case (P180 mini preferred, something that can take a full height cooler)

I have a 600w OCZ GameXstreme PSU. I will sell it to him cheap... 88.00 shipped on Newegg, so 50.00 shipped seems far. Shipping will cost most likely around 15.00 USPS.
I also have an x1300 PCIe video card that you can have if you wan the PSU.
