Thanks for the warm compliments.
Yes the PA120.3 is a bit of overkill for just the CPU, but like you mentioned, I'm planning on adding a GPU to the loop once I get one that is worth water cooling. I've been unemployed recentley so I can't justify buying new computer parts...as much as I'd love to! As for the window, I just can't seem to bring myself to cut that darn side panel. I've been planning on it for a while, but I keep on second guessing myself. The reason I'm thinking a curved design is that I would like a window that helps accentuate the tubing inside, feel free to offer any input you may have. I see you have a P180...tempted to pull out the dremel? It really is a lot of fun.

nice much cleaner than my case, though I getting a new mobo soon so it all has to come out. I think I'll do what you did for the hdd fan.
now try and fit 2 pumps and 2 rads in there

When deciding where to put the rad it was a debate between where it is now, or have it built into the top...I guess there's a bit still at the top. I would like to add a second pump for redundancy at some point, there should still be room for that. This P180 Watercooling compilation thread is where I got a lot of my ideas from. Have a look, there are a lot of different ways of watercooling a P180 done there.

I'm thinking of pretty much copying your setup, but adding a 8800GTX full cover block to it. I love the idea with the fillport. I recon the low speed of the fan on the GTX is what's limiting the overclock I'm getting at the moment, so it should help with that. Also, my CPU is limited by the volts I can put through it (1.6v on the Bad Axe) so I might do a volt mods if I go ahead with the watercooling loop. Also got some plans for the rest of the case. I'd look to reverse the way the bottom hard drive cage goes in, so that you put it in from the other side of the case. The advantage to that being that I can cut out the back of the cage, and then a window in the side panel as well and show of my Raptor X It has to be done! Will start a project log on my website when I start planning it all out.
