I'd yank it off and clean all the molding crud off of the O-Ring...I think it was Martin that didn't clean his and ended up with a bunch of that slag in the pins of his block..It would just take a minute to pull it off and clean it...

I just ordered a D-Tek last week, and it came in yesterday. I immediately took it apart to clean off the o-ring, and much to my surprise - it looks like they have fixed the issue. My o-ring was as clean as a whistle.

Can anyone else with a recent purchase confirm this

I just bought from jab-tech, this week, and I had a bad O-ring, so looks like you were looking in the wrong spot. (btw, so glad I had you guys to tell me to clean it out!)

it was bad enough that I had difficulty removing the screws because it had leaked over them.
