..Your getting a pretty comprehensive list of parts...Wish I could find something on the GTX but I haven't been able to yet...

Thanks, and I think the openoffice download thing should work without excel, but you have to upload the file yourself so you have write access. The charts don't work which is the cool part, but at least it gives you a flow rate.

Yeah, I've been searching high and low for more HWlabs charts...what's in there is all I could find.

I have the lite version of Open Office, I'll download the whole thing and see if it works...Good idea I hadn't thought of that...Yeah it sucks not being able to play with it..

..If nothing else when I break my loop down to put my new pelt in I can give you a pressure reading with just the rad in the loop...That would give you enough info wouldn't it?

Yeah, if I had one pressure reading after the rad with and without the rad would give me enough to see if it's more like the GTS series or if it's more like the BIX/BIP series.

You got it...Should I clamp my tubing right after the gauge and get a max pressure reading or just let it free-flow?

Looking forward to seeing the V-8 and Bonnie spec's...Well if the full version of Open Office works I'll be able to see it..

Free flowing is what I'd need to check the radiator (I was going to use my estimator to guess on a flow rate), but if you clamp it shut, that would tell you what your two pumps in series maximum head pressure is. The curves Alex sent me over for the DDC2 with top is about 8.2 psi per pump, so two in series should theoretically be about 16.4 psi.

The best thing for pressure drop would be to run both pumps with your pressure guage before the radiator free flowing and measure a pressure reading, then move the guage after and measure a pressure reading also free flowing...then do a quick flow rate check.

Attached is what my estimator gives me for two DDC2 with tops, 4' of 1/2" tubing, and a GTS240. You should see a little over 3 GPM and about a 5 PSI pressure drop at that flow rate.

Cool!...I hadn't tried openoffice myself yet, but I heard that it worked for someone else. Thanks! I think next I'll work on a pull down style interface, it's getting way too easy to forget you left something on with all the stuff in there. Thanks! ... I'm just glad you finally got to use it

Me to...It seems pretty accurate to...I bet I punched in a 100 configurations last night...What would you say it is +-10% or so?...Very impressive..

...Yeah drop downs would be great I kept forgetting to 0 some of them out to...

EDIT: Never-mind I just read your cover sheet again...

...I'll try to come up with the spec's for an 18V RD30 where most people run them because of the heat dump, that might be hard to find though...And I see if I can find something for the Iwaki MD/WMD 20RLZ & RL then you would have the Iwaki covered...The 20's are real good AC pumps...
