I'm thinking of going with WC for my PC. I'm looking at getting:

I'm hoping to get 3.2 or 3.6GHz 24/7. (I'm going to go to bed.) Thanks!

Yeah, you need some better fans. Stay away from anything koolance. It's over priced crap. Go with this or this for a pump, this or this for a res, or instead of a res do a "T" line with this

If you wanted to get to 3.2 on b3, I think a high end air would do it for you. (Thermalright U120E...)
__________________I would probably recommend against the koolance pump/reservoir. Koolance doesn't exactly have the best quality of WC items. I would recommend a swiftech MCP655 with a Swiftech Micro Reservoir or they do have a pump/res combo that's decent. And to cut costs, you don't really need a hose cutter. A knife works well and will save you $10?.

or get this kit, way cheaper than what you configured, and comes with everything you need. you can get a 360 rad with it.

Yeah I would at least go with what Joe is using^^^^...I like the 120x38mm fans on my rads to I think they scavenge air through the rad better, they have higher air pressure...I use the higher cfm Sunon and pana's on mine I really like the GTX it cools great...
