Thanks again guys!

I'll order some screws with my 480GTX. I'm going to order 4 of those TT 120x25mm fans and do a comparison between them and my Sunon fans. Wonder how much of a temperature difference the extra 10CFM on the Sunons will give me.

Oh I see I think you do it like I have now? 2 Sets of screws or maybe 3? So each one is detachable. I guess that's good for you since you tinker a lot (how did you change that phrase under your name).

Yeah I have screws + zipties for now, but will eventually move to a more permanent single screw solution to minimize vibration and keep a good seal since I'm not always going to be changing out fans.

Yeah please do let us know! My guess is maybe 2-3 degrees at most.

I will

Right now my 2 Sunons are held on using some short screws and bolts. It's kind of a weird attachment "system" I have, but it works

That link you gave above doesn't seem to be working, but are these the screws you were talking about: Linky

(and watch, that won't work either lol)

Yeah actually thats one page before my link. I believe that's the one. M4 screws @ 80mm

Was the bottom one:

Quote:
Zinc-Plated 80 mm Deutsche Industrie Normen (DIN) 92005A251 3.96 per Pack of 10
And yeah, your link worked! Their site is hard to navigate .

you should be able to get bolts from home depot and lowes

if you want longer bolts look the section with drawers, there should be threaded rod in there, but the longest youll find is probably 6 inches and thell be almost a dollar a piece

you can also try ace, they have bolts too and threaded rod

around here the best place to go is an electronics surplus store though they have all sorts of ****

i had to go looking for 3-.5 bolts, and not even they had them in a big enough size though

also i thought 6-32 was a metric size, standing for 6mm diameter .32 threads per mm
