I output 350+W depending on my overclocks ... so anything can be contained!

It's not about how cheap it is price wise. Or even how it will perform. (well, what i mentioned about the pumps and rads is about performance)

The problem is that cheap waterblocks are usually cheap in quality as well, which means you're running a great risk to your hardware.

But I agree with others, $100 air cooling will work a lot better than $100 water cooling.
