The reason that you are getting air in the tubing is that you can properly bleed all the air out of your system when the res is on its side at the bottom of the case. It is ideally supposed to be the highest part of your loop. Try standing it upright and holding it up high to get the bubbles out.

already tryed that, and the problem is that all the holes on the res or at one side, so it doens't mather which side you turn up, you always have a dissadvantage, but i'm gonna let the loop run al day and night to see if that helps any....

Yeah its just going to take awhile to bleed with the res down that low...It will be like a t-line it might take a day or so to get it all out...

EDIT: Since I looked at it again are you even able to take a plug out of that res like that to bleed?

ehm now that you mention, with another 1/2"barb, some tubing and a DD fillport... hmmm, seems i need to order some extra parts (i did on the barbs, but forget the pump that was going with needed 2 also, dumb me
