Default Went to 3/8" Tubing

Well, I said I'd go there...and I did! Here are some pictures for you to enjoy. In a while, I'll be buying a HR-09 Type 3 for my QuadGT and putting a MCW30 on my chipset to cool it off even further and get rid of that annoying heatpipe There was so much dust in this case, it was crazy...I don't know how it kept running in that condition...

Without further ado..

Yes, dust does exist, and yes, it is nasty! It also proves the dead spot theory of fans which everyone and their mother knows about.

This made me cringe, and I have PT_Nuke in there, too! It took me FOREVER to clean it out, as well. It was nasty and required copious amounts of hot water, soap and eventually a needle to pick the crap out!

Here are some finished pictures for y'all. Temps are great, loading around 30C. Before, I was loading around 40C, however I can't compare temperatures because I also cleaned everything out which I imagine helped significantly. When I get my HR-09 I'll put my pressure gauge in, courtesy of Ira-K and also the MCW30...That's why I made the CPU-GPU length so long so I wouldn't have to drain my entire loop just to splice one piece in

You should dust that thing out probably every other month or so. I just take the shop vac to my entire system every once in a while. Does the trick well.

Look nice. Love the coolant color.

Nice clean setup!

Is that just regular Pentosin G11 Blue? Looks good with that tubing too (what brand is it?)

Yessir, it is...I am thinking of getting some of Petra's UV blue additive and running less Pentosin and more UV additive to make it look prettier

Nice clean tubing routing, very nice!

I'm always amazed at how quickly the dust builds up. One of these days I'm going to build a radiator box that accepts household sized filters, then I can just swap those babys out and minimize the dusting. I end up blowing my rads out at least monthly just to keep up with it.

Also had some gunk here in there in all the blocks, not quite that bad, but there's always some little nastiness in a pin here and there. Part of what I don't like about all the newer micro pin designs....just requires alot more pin cleaning maintenance.

What kind of tubing is that?
