Hi Ross:
__________________I just completed my first WC build about a month ago. Check out the post in this link: http://www.overclock.net/water-cooli...l-threads.html ...particularly the first two for a good WC overview. I'm sure some of the more grizzled vets here can add to this. I also just want to point out that as you move along, this particular forum is frequented by some of the most knowledgeable and helpful Water Coolers on the net. They helped me tremendously during the course of my build. Oh yeah - they like to see pictures

tindolos gave you the basics, and once we know your plans in more detail we can recommend coolant, fans, reservoirs, etc. As far as pro and cons go:
pros: looks kick-ass, great performance, cool temps for betters OC's cons: expensive, risky (if you are not careful), requires more maintenance than air cooling. However, its not really too risky, if you follow a guide carefully and take your time to do everything right. Also, the maintenance is no more than changing the coolant every 6 months to a year.

I'd stay away from Koolance and ThermalTake and all those, you'd be as well off just using a HSF....
Something like this is a decent kit with the biggest rad and fans and even better is just to build your own you'll get more for your $$$... Fuzion Kit
