Hey guys, blocks arrived today and look sweet!

Quick question about the RAM block, would you suggest putting AS5 (or any other TIM) onto the top of the aluminum heatspreaders that fasten onto the copper plate?

Would suggest using some non-conductive paste like Ceramique...That way, you have nothing to worry about. And YES, use paste.
