I don't remember what rad your using but that would determine if push or pull or push-pull would work the best on...Higher fin count rads like the GTX/GTS/BIX seem to like pull better then push...Then push-pull is that much better....

lol, since you both have 480gtx can you guys measure the distance from the back of the rad to the first screw and the distance between the each fan, screw to screw.
if you guys are confused i dont blame ya lol. im sketching what im thinking of doing right now  just some aluminum panels, maybe metal mesh or something. maybe even plexi
