Default Temps seem a bit high

Ok...as the screenshot shows I am running an E6600 at 2.8, with a idle temp in the high 30's. The CPU is not lapped, I plan on replacing it in the near future. All other hardware contained in sig.

Question is: With my current LCS configuration, are these temps about right? Should I move my rad elsewhere? It is currently really poorly placed in my 5.25 bays on it's side blowing through my case (both panels open). Of course this whole setup will be temporary until I get the 120.3 and a new case...and some decent fans.

D-Tek Fuzion, ED 680i NB block, Swiftech 655, Thermochill PA120.1, Thermaltake fan at full speed (the wierd 13cm in a 12cm package fan...pain to install on the rad). Push only configuration. Using cheap 1/2ID tubing, there are no kinks I checked.

Configuration:

Pump > FuZion > EK > Radiator > Pump

First LCS build. Ran my fuzion backwards when I assembled everything , but everything is flowing the right way now.

Note: I am pretty sure Core Temp is reading my CPU voltage incorrectly...CPU-z looks more realistic, left to Auto in bios for now

It's known for the Dual core to run cool, even when it's oc'd.
try resetting the block.

Do you have any fan on your radiator ?!

1) If you can, put the rad right after the pump so the coolest water hits the CPU first.
2) A re-seat can't hurt, like was already stated.
3) Don't leave the CPU voltage to auto, it will scale the voltage too high for the clock speed you are trying to run. CoreTemp doesn't read your current voltage, it reads the stock voltage for your processor at its stock speed. This value will never change.
