i bought a box of o-rings from autozone, which one would be the best to bow my d-tek fuzion?
7/16id x 5/8 od x 3/32 1/2id x 11/16 od x 3/32 9/16id x 3/4 od x 3/32 5/8id x 13/16od x 3/32 Also i saw a diagram of how the bow worked, but i can't find it again anyone got a link?

Yeah, 1/16" o-ring 1/2" ID, 5/8" OD works pretty good. I've also heard of people using old barb o-rings, but I would just recommend finding the thinnest o-ring possible. Even the 1/16" was a little thicker than I would like, so if you used one of those thick barb o-rings it would be way too much.

It's using a larger than stock o-ring in the middle of the block to push the base outward in a ) shape. Doing so creates a better contact point on the uneven and concave IHS of the Intel Core2 processors.
