No, no heavy staining. I'll tell you what stained pretty bad (but had no effect on cooling) is the Liquid utopia primochill dye bomb. After I pulled apart that loop (as you can see in the pics) it was all purple lol.

Worst comes to worse, just buy new tubing, I do that every time anyway.
