yay the last of the stuff. 2x 8800gts factory installed DD ione, judging externally looks like they did a really good job installing the cooler, i can see that the thermal paste was applied well, ill disassemble it after i get it all tubed up where i can tune up the system, all work that was done yesterday was after i got home from class at 11:00 pm lol didnt really sleep and now im tired at work its worth it

added vertical blue sleeved custom sata cable and dvd rom


every piece gets some love


masterkleer 1/2" ID 3/4" OD the tubing is a bit frosty but i like it




put some UV leds behind the mobo for some back light


the ek supreme fits with the channels vertically, but since its a quad i want to mount it horizontally which should cool more effectively on a quad still looks good tho


still bows alittle bit, but still waiting on the 775 plate but should be the same


used some rubber washers might change that but not a big deal




all done used a little bit of tapping oil now the plates all oily




using a thermalright backplate, the nuts on the plate is m3 the ek uses m4, so i drilled and tapped it for m4




now get on top!

temporary placement of the res, its not a bad spot but well see when i get to assembling the WC system




used scythes anti-vibration mounts to mount the drives in the bay, re-tapped the mounts for to accept 6/32 threads


some custom cabling, added 3 pin plug for the fan




sleeved up the rear 92mm panas

no thank you for stopping by its my pleasure

going to stop by radio shack on my way home from work got some bits and pieces to buy, trying to figure out a simple strobe circuit module i could whip up but everything is too complicated i might resort in purchasing some kinda of module but i would like to make one that can handle a higher amperage as i want to put all the lighting on this one module.

i was thinking may be a PWM controller with a slower timing might work but i dont know but thats also a bit complicated to fab, i dont know, i want it to be showy at the end of it.

anyone have any sound activated modules not in use willing to sponsor? generally for reverse engineering, i want to do a few things, 2 effects

strobe, and sound activated and to be able to modulate between the two and the systems of lighting in the case (ie cathodes, and LEDS)

much much reading to do the last time i build a PCB was for a LED array with voltage adjuster which is quite simple, but this time around were going all out

any help is appreciated

I like the sleeving .... All of my fans are sleeved too! The 24pin mobo ATX power supply cable job you did was very nice. Fortunately my thermaltake is fully sleeved, but yours looks very professional (covering everything)
