How much is it for a good setup just to cool a CPU?

Do you want to build it yourself or buy a prebuilt system?

I was thinking more for the future, but build it myself.

If you can get it used, around 100-150 bucks including shipping.
I got a setup for cpu and gpu with dual mcr220 radiators for 180 shipped. (used components) And reaper, you forgot the pump and reservoir. (I prefer reservoirs to T lines. Not a big difference though.)

I have a single bay DD res and I love it.
And you put in that list a pump for 35..... where can you get a good 1/2" ID DC powered pump for 35 bucks?

Something like this would make a real good OC'ing rig..
CPU Block...I like the Stinger all metal blocks, check out his D-Max...Stinger For a commercial block I think the Fuzion is about the best...FuZion I'd use a back-plate with them..Dtek FuZion Intel 775 Pro-Mount set Pump...D-5 Rad...At least a 240 a 360 would be better..240 GTX..The BIX is cheaper and does well with 100+ cfm fans and a Bonnie heater-core is still a real good option...BIX 240 Tubing...I like this on 1/2" barbs it compact fits the barbs tighter and is a little more compact and will flow about as well as the full size stuff...7/16x5/8" This for full size...1/2x3/4" Res or t-line...I like a bay res when I'm using a case because it bleeds really fast....5 1/4" Bay Res Clamps or zip-ties... Stuff you might like to read, I'll leave you my cleaning and set-up PDF also, be sure to read all the stickies here also they will answer a lot of your questions...Take you time picking out parts and you will save some $$, decide what is best for your situation, whether your looking for max OC or just something a little better then a HSF,you can look in the for sale section and find good used gear also... ...Water Cooling - In English ...Assembling your Custom Watercooling Setup ...Bleeding my WC setup... ...D-Tek Fuzion install tip! ...Part 1-Temp's With and With-Out Shrouds ...How to make any sized shroud in 2 minutes ...How To: Build a Performance Shroud ...PC Water Coolant Chemistry - Part I ...Cooling - An In-Depth Look

This is all good advice, and that list that ira-k posted is pretty much the standard loop suggested on the boards.
