Default $250 Water Cooling Loop

Well, after screwing up my lap job on the Tuniq, I decided to quit on air cooling all together. So, I have a $250 budget on a loop. EVERYTHING must be included except for fans (low CFM). The parts will be ordered in a week and I will post a log on it. So, what can $250 get me? I want to cooling my CPU, and possibly GPU aswell. Will they be making a block for the GX2?
Thanks

Waterblocks for sandwhich cards are VERY expensive, and they'll eat up over half your budget. Looks like you're in for a CPU only loop :S .

When they come out... you're looking at $150-$250 on just the 9800X2 waterblocks.

To answer most of your questions: (1) a fridge cannot cool a PC (2) 64-bit OS for over 3.4GB (3) If a PCIe card fits, it will work (4) Resolution, not screen size (5) If you have a question, it is not news (6) Report, not respond to Spam (7) Single/Non-Modular Rail PSUs are NOT better than Multi-Rail/Modular

Not neccessarly. The reason I was asking was to determine wheather or not to get a GX2, I guess the answer is no. I'll stick with my 8800GTS until the 9800GTX comes out. I would still like a CPU/GPU loop if possible. How much extra degrees would the GPU be dumping on the CPU?

I read somewhere that the 8800 gt uses the same mounts as the 7900s... considering that a 9800 is just an 8800 gt sandwhich, the 7950 X2 blocks would work wouldn't they?

Nope, the GX2 has a big hole on the far right of the card.

The 9800GX2 use the G92 cores but the PCB is definitely different. The mounts maybe the same but there's no room for a GPU only block + RAMsink. However, Swiftech will probably produce these: http://www.swiftnets.com/products/7950gx2spacerkit.asp
