Do not get either one of thiose if you value your system. If you need to get a kit, get one from swiftech, or, better yet, buy all the items piece by piece.
edit: to answer your question, one has a 120mm rad while the other has a dual 120mm rad and a single. Multiple radiators in one loop is usually a bad idea. So is any watercooling by Koolance, Thermaltake etc. Wait and see how many people will advise against it. they are prone to leaking and breaking and also use disimmilar metals wich will cause corrosion.

Different performance levels, and different costs.
The kit with 3 fans is more verstatile and upgradeable.... ....but frankly, I would not go for a kit. Imho, build your own from quality parts, You will be much happier in the long run.

look here: http://www.overclock.net/water-cooli...ling-gear.html no guarantees When you get all the pieces, it is recommended that you assemble the loop (s) and run it for a day or so to check for leaks. (with the PC off, of course) read some of the guides at the top of the watercooling section to get an idea of what to buy and what you'll need.

You could just go with the much easier option of getting a good air cooler. Much cheaper, easier and no worries about leaks or poor quality kit that you get with one of those prebuilt WC'ing kits. And you can still overclock pretty high with a good air-cooler. Obviously not as high as with water, but still pretty good.
You could look into a thermalright ultra 120 extreme (T.R.U.E), or a tuniq tower.

i would recommend building your own setup. Not only would it possibly cost less, but it would be a lot more trustworty.
__________________and to answer your question, i would stick with a triple rad, so that it would make your loop smaller causing less stuff for you to put up with, and it would get better temps :]
