Use a Swiftech rad box. Fits over your existing 120mm rear fan opening:

However, whether or not you get to use a pci slot for your tubing depends on your tubing size and whether there is a pre-drilled hole for tubes...
__________________if your tubing size is anything bigger than 3/8", and if your case doesn't have pre-drilled holes for the tubing, you have to drill the holes for tubes.

Drill a couple holes and use grommets, no big deal (using a drill).

The holes need to be as big as your tubing, so 1/2" or 3/8" or whatever your using.

They would have to be a little larger. Has to be larger than the tubing Outer Diameter and large enough for the grommets.

These are 3/4" ID grommets that I use with 1/2x3/4" tubing..3/4" Rubber Grommets..I use a 3/4" hole saw to drill holes for them...
