in that case you should put the rad inside. if you have the money, a BIP or BIX or even a thermochill PA120.2 or PA120.3 would make for an amazingly good cooling setup for your q6600.

i have one quick qestion about the loop mixture.
__________________all metals included in my loop are: -DD fillport: "nickel plated brass" barbed fitting -mcr320: "Flat brass tubes and copper louvered fins, with brass plenum chambers and frame construction" -ApogeeGT: "copper base plate" this means there are dissimilar metals in contact, correct (copper+brass...even though there's copper in brass)? i was hoping to ditch using corrosion resistance (p11) but i guess i have to and i just wanted to make sure. still using pt_nuke btw.

Your fine running those metals together...What you mostly have to watch out for in WC'ing is mixing copper and aluminum....Galvanic Corrosion

Looks pretty good. It would be awsome if you put it on the bottom: ) I kinda have a setup like that with a 360 GTX rad at the bottom works really well. I have that same case : )
