The vga block should come with the necessary ram heatsinks. If the ones that come with the block aren't enough to cover everything, you can order more swiftech copper heatsinks for around 10 bucks....so i would advise against buying the first one (40 bucks is too much for some heatsinks)

that block will NOT come with heatsinks!! And you WILL need heatsinks! However, 40$ is rediculous. Something like this would work. Check online, if you have a dremel you can buy jsut anout any heatsinka nd cut it to the right size, I bet you could do it for 10$ or less. For holding them on, there are 2 methods. One are thermal pads. These are like little foamy double stick tape pads you use to stick them on. The upside is you can remove them, the downside is that the heatsinks can fall off, and though that would be fine for a while, running for more then say... 20 hours without the sink (or if the card runs hot) could damage it. The other is thermal epoxy (i think arctic silver makes some) which is the adverse, they wont fall off, but removing the heatsinks later would be difficult and could damage the card. Hope that helps!

I don't know how many memory chips are on the 8800 gts, but if there are less than 8 this would do.
link You also need heatsinks on the voltage regulators by the core. Check this link There are 3 different heatsink choices on that page, and some on the next 2 pages.

No. Unless you are going to volt mod, your overclock will not be limited by temps. If you will volt mod than yes, otherwise I wouldn't bother. It will dump tons of heat into your loop with only the gain of a larger e-penis because your graphics core is running cooler. yes, this will prolong the life of the card, but I would recommend buying a decent air cooler for it (given your case has good airflow) over water cooling.

Yeah. You can over volt the card by doing a pencil volt mod (easy) or actually doing solder work on the card. These are very risky and difficult to do, I don't recommend it. Yet, over volting the card could yield even a 50%+ overclock, say you could go from 550 to 650 stable, volt mod it and it will go to 700 stable, with the downside of dumping out TONS of heat, and effectively destroying its self if you don't have after market cooling. Look up volt modding on here or start a thread, someone will be able to help you. I'm off to do school work, good luck!!
