Default Project Rebirth

What's goin on guys....i sold my antec 900 and decided to totally redo my water cooling while i was at it and do it right this time Pictures of my old rig are in my sig.....this build includes:

CPU: Lapped Q6600 @ 3.6
Mobo: Abit IP35 Pro
RAM: 2x2GB G. Skill DDR2-1000
Video Card: PNY 8800 GT with Iandh unisink
Sound Card: X-FI XtremeGamer
Hard Drive: 2x74GB Raptors in RAID 0
PSU: PC P&C Silencer 750
Case: U2 UFO

Water Cooling:
CPU: D-Tek Fuzion with Pro Mount + quad nozzle
GPU: MCW60
Pump: Swiftech MCP655 Vario modded by martin
Rad: Thermochill PA120.3 with 3 120x38mm San Aces + shroud + 2x NCIX thermochill barbs bored out by martin (supplied by cyberdruid)

Sorry in advance for the crappy pics.....cant find my Sony W80 Had to use my garbage Canon Powershot from like 5 years ago that barely works .....enough talk, time for pics!

Lapped Q6600

Removable mobo tray FTW! Seriously makes life so much easier....first case i've had that has one

Damn Ramsink fell off Added more zip ties to the HR-05 IFX (aka PITA to mount) after all these pics were taken

PA120.3.....damn that thing is huge with the shroud + San Aces

Everything sleeved and ready to go I was trying to figure out which way would be easiest to route the PSU cables.....i flipped it over after this pic as it made things much easier.... and yes that is a huge scratch on my silencer 750 Injured it by being impatient when i removed it from my 900....that'll teach me

I apologize again for the crappy pics, the lighting has to be just right or this camera refuses to take halfway decent pics even with a flash More to come later tonight!

Back side cable management almost finished

Front shot....man that looks clean! Still missing the pci-e cable though, that always adds to the clutter..... So much work routing cables but after lookin at CD and others' logs, it inspired me

OoOoO shiny.....love that mirror finish, too bad it attracts fingerprints + dust like no other

95% done, got a few final touches to make....ill grab a shot or 2 of the back side while im at it

Front with the panel off and flash

Front with panel off under normal lighting

This camera really doesn't do this case justice.....amazing build quality and it has a very impressive mirror finish in person. Time for the night shots....

Hmm, looks more purple in person

Low light shots

I just want to say thanks to ira-k and martin for putting up with my endless amount of PMs over the past month and being so helpful/patient with me Thanks to martin, i have some sweet bored out barbs/pump top and they both look amazing. Big thanks to both of you guys, this build wouldn't have been possible without either of you I want to say thanks to cyberdruid as well for sending me the original barbs and giving me helpful info on how to drill a nice clean hole Of course, thanks to iandh for his awesome design on the very sexy 8800 GT unisink. Last thanks goes to my buddy adam for being an extra set of hands/getting me stuff from Lowes (step bit worked great)

Looking good......On your t-line if you loosen your plastic T in your main line there and twist it around so its straight up you should bleed a little better...You know what I mean? Its OK to have your t-line a little twisted like that but if the T fitting is pointing straight up and some of the tubing on it you might bleed better, the air probably wouldn't just pass on by the opening in the T...I'd just keep it about half full of coolant also so that there isn't as much pressure on the little bubbles as they try to go up the line...

You've got it going on with a ported and polished pump head and that GPU sink...Very nice...

Yea, my only complaint with the build thus far is the T....i couldn't get it situated the way i wanted, the tubing kept having its own way with it . The pump in those last pics isn't in place yet, it looks a little different and so does the tubing......would have been nice to have an extra set of hands last night. More pics coming later, the build is up and finished i just have to upload the pics
