I was looking at these meshes for my 360 GTX rad's fans but I was wondering if it would cut down airflow on it?
Should I do those, grills, or nothing? The rad will be on the inside of the case.

Grills are enough (so you don't cut your fingers), but nothing is best, a filter will kill your airflow though

a grill will not block airflow that much

Gill would be fine. Filters can block as much as 1/2 of the air flow though.

I use A/C filter mat. that I bought at Lowes. Very thin and does a great job. I cut 2 sets of filters and swap them out every weeka dn was the dirty ones for the next change. Stuff costs like $2 for a small sheet. Enough to make 2 cover for my BIX 360 & 240 rads.

Like eveyone else said, get the grills. I find that mesh creates a lot of resistance to air flow which drastically increases the noise. I try to stay away from mesh by my fans at all costs.

The filter mat. is very thin and lets air pass with no problem. I'm also running 5-141 cfm Delta fans on shrouds.. So if your using weak fans I would look into stronger ones.
