For that money, you're talking a cpu only WC system. I would go for one of these two kits:

alright i am new to modding and dont know exactly what i need but here is an email i got from someone selling wc components. "120mm radiator, aqua tube, aqua inlet, aqua bay, 8800gts, the aquatube and the aquanet are resivoirs and the aquabay basically mounts the aquatube using 5.25 inch drive bays"
does anyone know if that will work with my tt armor lcs case and what else i would need? Also what would be a fair price? |

Sounds like some of the TT Aquabay series stuff. Don't get that. Crap. Besides a single 120mm rad won't give you much better performance than air. My advice to you is that if you can't spend up to $250 for a good cpu only WC system, then you're probably better off sticking with air. I have the TT Armor myself, and it's air cooling properties are excellent. The top performing air coolers today are very good and would serve you well.

i would be willing to spend more than $200. I suppose i could spend $250_$350 i dont like the idea of anything cheap seeing how the parts on my system add up to a fair amount. With that said what could i do watercooling wise with my new amount, id like to cool more than just my cpu if my budget allows it.

What type cpu? You mentioned a 8800GTS. One or SLI? We can start there. Air cool anything else.

If that is your budget, look used. I got a D-Tek, MCR220 and MCP655 vario for $95 in the FS section here. Once you have that, you can slowly add pieces as needed. It is better to buy used high end pieces than a full, cheap kit.
edit: Also, most kits (besides the petras and DD that are put together from good components) will yield the same temps as a TRUE or equivelant. To really get the most out of water, you need to spend some money.
