I have ordered a set of nozzles for my Fuzion and would like to here from some that use them which I should use in my loop?
I really dont want to keep tearing it down to see which works best, but I know thats the best way to do it. Mainly looking for a starting point.. I was thinking the 6.3 or the 5.5. Also would it be a bad idea to use the Quad nozzle on my X2 6000+? This will be a CPU only loop for my 6000+ @ 3.5 ghz D-Tek Fuzion Block Swiftech MCP355 pump with Petra's top Black Ice Extreme 240 rad. about 4 feet of 7/16" masterclear tubing No res., T-line with a DD fillport Thanks

I would say the middle size or maybe one down. (I forget the mm size) I am using that and got a few degrees. If it is CPU only loop, the restriction won't be too bad. Use martinm's chart to see where your flow would be between each nozzle.
http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/...d.php?t=151627 Basically, I would go as small as you can while maintaining a decent flow.

Yeah have been using his flow chart and I see the drop between the nozzles, but its hard to think which would cool better. The 6.3 would give me around 1.62 GPM and the 5.5 would give me 1.46 GPM. Is that going to be to low of flow to do any good?

that's fine, the restriction is well placed in your fuzion where it should be, i would go with the smallest, it will likely result in the best temperatures

And by martins chart I would only get about .86 GPM.
But would the lack of flow hurt my temps?

I'd try to keep your flow at 1.5gpm or more, or at least over 1gpm...I like to keep mine well over 2gpm on a CPU only loop, I'm set up for high flow though, the more flow I can keep going through my jet barb the better it will cool....
