Default Are all CPU Blocks roughly the same??

Hey guys was hoping you could help me. I currently have a Kandalf LCS set up. The block thats stock seems to do fairly well. I am looking at purchasing a new CPU block hoping I would get better performance. Suggestions?? Does it make a diff?

Thanks

No they aren't. Here's a very good run down (with ratings) on WC parts, including CPU Blocks:
