You'll be limited to the smallest pumps flow, so it would be better to add the same size pump in series...I'm like everyone else I would just cut out the Zalman altogether since its your weak link....

Alright, a little update... I have installed everything and ran a couple tests. The final configuration looks like this:
__________________Reserator 1 V2(still have to remove the weak pump, kind of afraid of messing up the base; using it purely as a reservior)>>>MCP350 pump>>>120mm Black Ice Extreme rad+fan>>>CPU block>>>NB block>>>GPU full block>>>back to Reserator Since the NB runs cooler than the GPU and the CPU and I don't have flow problems, I guessed it wouldn't hurt the loop. Plus, I already paid for it and throwing away money sux... I know now that Zalman parts suck, but again, they're already paid for and installed so I'm just trying to make the best of what I have... Also, the max temps I saw after running Prime95 and ATItool simultaneously for about 30 minutes were 59C for the CPU and 56C for the GPU. BTW, does everyone just leave the rotating cube displayed to test their GPUs or is there an actual test? Thanks!!!

P.S.- I know you will all be yelling for proof, so I'll run the tests again with screenshots for idle/load and put them in my next post.

Okay, here are pics of my idle temps before testing, the load temps about 35 min. into testing, and the temps about 5 min. after testing...
__________________ ![]() These seem like decent temps for a Q6600 @ 3.2(355x9) and an 8800GTX @ (600/950) on the same loop, but I'm new to this whole water cooling thing. If these temps are stable I'll probably keep the setup I have, since the primary reason for water cooling my machine in the first place was to keep the inside clean (you have no idea how much dust and sand 2 intake fans will shove into a case in Iraq...) Any and all input is appreciated!!! ![]()

those are really nice temps for a reserator.

Thanks! Although I did add a Black Ice Extreme 120 rad+fan after the pump, so the credit doesn't go entirely to the reserator...

hmm, yes, it surprised me that just a reserator would be capable of that, this makes more sense. tems still look decent.

Turing Test is Overrated

You do realize that you have to "Scan for Artifacts" to place a load on the GPU?
![]() Try the test again with the additional 100w load.
