Default still thinking

hopefully i'm posting this in the right section. basically i'm not sure if watercooling is right for me. after i get my cm 690 i'lm trying to decide if i should get a true or get watercooling. i've read the threads about wc'ing. if i do get it, i'm pretty sure i'm only going to cool my cpu.

uh i need your opinion on this situation, and if you agree with watercooling, i have a budget of about $250.

thanks everybody.

If you're happy with everything else in your system, then go for it! You seem to have plenty in your budget to go for a loop to cool your CPU and your graphics card if you wanted.

I don't have any experience with water cooling, but I want to get into it later if I have the money.

You should be aware that you'd get about 200MHz to 250MHz more watercooling your sig rig E6400 over a lapped TRUE.
CPU waterblock - DTek FuZion
Pump - MCP655
Radiator - Would recommend a 360 GTX or a PA120.3, but that would break the $250 budget, so a 240 GTS

I have both the pro mount and nozzle. Not getting either won't hinder you much. The pro mount kit can put some extra pressure contact onto the ihs and the nozzles give a few extra C's. Neither is a necessity. Definitely go 1/2 inch tubing for flow rate, preferably masterkleer (bends easy but tends not to kink).
