New to Overclock.net

i was just on an Australian computer retail website buying some new fans and a fan controler for my system is came to about 100 dollars.
__________________(remember the price is high because it's Aussie dollars) so i though, that could just go to water cooling, although at the moment in spring i'm getting temps of 34, 34, 28, 34 idle and about 47,45,39,46 load of a 1.36 v-core. so with a d-tek MCR-320 Laing D5 Vario and all the other bits, tubing, res, barbs ties. what sort of temps can i expect and would it be worth it at $320 to coolant. Keep in mind i want to get to 3.6 and i already have a lapped TRUE in pushpull.

Martin's Watercoling Flowrate Estimator Spreadsheet should be able to show you what you need to know.

Those are pretty good parts there...Temp's I have no idea what you would be looking at, there are to many variables...Just start a thread and ask these guys with a quad what kind of load temp's they are getting with WC'ing...Be sure to ask for room ambient temp's because it means nothing with out that....What you should watch for is ambient to load temp delta.....Is it 18C room to load, 20C whatever.....
