Default Is this good?

Hey, I'm wondering, do anybody have any experiances with the below watercooling items?

XSPC X20 Delte CPU V2 Cpu cooler
XPSC X20 Delte Chipset Chipset cooler
XSPC RS240 Radiator
XSPC Dual 750 Bay Reservior Pump Reservior and Pump
MasterKleer 7/16 Tubes 12mm
Tec-Protect-Ultra, Valvoline Edition Water(Coolant?)
I'm wondering is it best to use thermalpaste, or Liquaid Metal Pads?

I'm not going to comment on those parts as I have no personal experience with them.
But I'd like to direct to to a couple of places where you can get some information that will help you get started with watercooling.

Theres no way of knowing... its all hardware dependant!

Okay, but i can hit 3.4 right? im talking about the G0 stepping... would you be intrested in helping with a overclock setup for the Q6600 G0? i never had a Intel CPU but heard they overclock really good.

EDIT: and why can't you clock higher(heat?), and what are you'r temps??
