So is there such a thing as a mini pump just for the video card?

You don't get mini pumps just for GFX cards, you just build a loop and only put your GPU in it.
As to cost: http://www.watercoolinguk.co.uk/cata...hp?cPath=27_31 http://www.watercoolinguk.co.uk/cata...hp?cPath=27_78 The Fuzion is good - highly restrictive, but considering you are having a GPU only loop - that's not really a problem.

MCW60 will fit everything in the past (everything I know of) and should fit everything in the future, may need an adapter $5 bracket. But it's pretty cheap and offers good performance. A good pump would be a MCP355/350 DDC pump because they are more than enough and don't dump as much heat as say a MCP655/D5 vario pump, which could be turned down.
What's your budget?

Can you post a site with American dollars?

Check out there. If you want to reuse it, only get a single block, not a full coverage one, as those can only be used with one GFX card.

For a cheap low restriction loop, he can use the DB-1 pump instead: http://www.petrastechshop.com/ddb12inpu.html
