Default Leak in 360GTX Screw Holes?

Hey all,

So I've been playing with some new watercooling equipment for a week or so. Unfortunately, the radiator (360 GTX) is leaking out of the screw holes on the side without mounted fans. Since I'll be mounting the radiator inside my case, it's especially important that I have no leaks.

Should I just patch all the unused screw-holes with Teflon Tape? Should I tape the entire unused side so coolant can't accumulate...when I get home I can take pictures as well.

Thanks guys!

it's not the holes.... you've punctured the radiator itself with the screw (by screwing it in too far). Your going to need some jb weld or some heavy duty sealant to fix it.

never screw it in too far, always check to make sure you stop before it hits the tubes.

The thing is, the leaks are on the side without fans...I never attempted to screw the fans into the side in question.

I'll have to look into jb weld or some sealant, at any rate, it seems...ty for the suggestion.

maybe u just got a bunk rad return it. that'll make everything easier instead of digging and looking for the hole which is like a pin size leak.

If its newly purchased then it could have been damaged through shipping or many other things, and a return is a decent idea.
