Default Re-doing WC system, need advice!

Ive decided to to a complete overhaul and completely re-do the watercooling in my 3D Mercury case...

Its currently set up cooling just the cpu with a copper Gigabyte water block and a 1x120mm aluminum radiator. Obviously its not good to run copper and aluminum together in a loop (galvanic corrosion). The case's system uses a combination pump/res thats integrated into the case so I would like keep that (pump/res combo also hooked up to flow meter and backlit resevoir window on case).

I want to replace the single 120mm radiator with a higher quality unit mounted in the top of the case (I can provide pics) with dual 120mm fans in push/pull. I also want to add an additional 2x120mm radiator inside the case. I think adding another pump (if thats possible) would also be smart because I don't think that the built-in pump could handle a larger loop.

In addition to cooling my CPU, I would like to include the motherboard NB, and the GPU. From what research Ive done it seems that its best to have the radiator directly after the heat source in the loop. Since I will be running 2 rads I thought the following loop structure made the most sense:

pump/res -> 1x120mm rad -> cpu -> NB -> 2x120mm rad -> gpu -> (pump) ->

I am not sure where the best place for the second pump would be... Would there be any problem with running 2 pumps consecutively??

I am planning on using the follow parts for this project (open to suggestions):

Rads: 1x Swiftech MCR120 (single 120mm) + 1x Swiftech MCR220 (dual 120mm) also considering HW Labs Black Ice Stealth... I know Thermochills are better but I cant find a PA120.2 and they cost way more
CPU Block: Danger Den MC-TDX
Pump: 1x Gigabyte integrated pump/res + 1x Swiftech MCP655
Tubing: Tygon 1/2ID, and Swiftech 7/16ID
GPU Block: D-Tek Fuzion GFX if I can find one, or Swiftech MCW60-R
Coolant: Primochill PC Ice non-conductive, also considering Fesser One or Primochill PC Pure
Rad Fans: Yate-Loons? What fan would be best for my rads?

Also I was considering running 2 separate loops (CPU + NB, GPU) but I think one loop might be more efficient. Anyway, Im pretty new to WC and Im open to all input and advice. Thanks in advance for the help!

I like running 2 pumps in series but you need 2 of the same kind of pumps, using a D-5 and the Giga in series the D-5 would be limited to whatever the flow of the Giga pump is....

I would just do 2 loops with the Giga for GPU and NB or whatever, and the D-5 fro the CPU...
