Been around the boards asking around for help for the past week or so and I've hit yet another snag in trying to get my system up and running.
__________________To fill you guys in, here's what's happened: I was installing a water cooling system and it tested out fine without any leaks. Problem came on my processor's water block's barbs were too close together to get my tubing and the clamps on both barbs, so I just put one clamp on and thought it was on there good enough to prevent any issues. However, as you all know, when tubes get warmer they expend and after the tubes heated up with me running it for a day, the tube popped off and leaked on my board (from just below the processor water block down the mobo and onto the graphics card and on down my case). I was using non conductive liquid (Liquid XP I believe was the name of it) and let it dry out nice and good for a day. Turned it back on and it was working fine; however, after about 10 min of running I was getting spots on my screen's video. So I let it dry out another day and then the video was fine but it wasn't registering any of my usb ports. What I did then was break the system down and use some iso-propyl alcohol to clean the entire board thoroughly (as someone here suggested). I put the system back together (after cleaning, drying for 2 days, cleaning again and drying for another 2 days) and what I'm getting now is quite odd. My fan for my nb heatsink is connected to the 3 pin connector near the processor, is without power and my RAM, it lights up when being used, has no lights on. So I'm thinking I've fried the board and part of its not getting any power. However, the fan connected to the 3 pin on the bottom of the board and my lights at the top right of the board are all lighting up, but its not getting any video output to my monitor and doesn't seem to be going through the boot process (although I do hear the drives initially try to kick up). Did I fry my board? I tried pushing the reset button on the board itself, and it didn't do any good. Should I pull out the cmos battery and wait 10 min for a reset? Any recommendations or any good suggestions for fixing it or a new mobo to get? I had a evga nForce 680i SLI b/c I was considering going SLI in the future. If I get a new one I want something that can oc well and preferably has the SLI, although really short on cash atm. So anyone have any suggestions on to what might alleviate my problem or a good replacement board? Thanks a ton!

Try a different PSU. Yours may have fried.
Try cleaning the slot connectors on the video card with a pencil eraser. Cleaning the slot itself is difficult. You could try pushing the cleaned card in and out 5-10 times. Other than that have a look at a basic troubleshooting guide
