Default What do you think off this Kit?

I am considering going to water cooling, was wondering what you thought of this kit?

Is it a good way for first water cooling build?

It's one of the better kits out there to get your start in Watercooling, but that rad might be a bit weak when you try to cool a CPU/GPU/chipset. You can always upgrade the rad later though

Yes it would be a good start. But that 240 rad. may not be enough to cool that Q6600 and that 8800 together in the same loop.
I would atleast get a 360 rad. if both those blocks will be in the same loop.

Thanks for the response!

To begin with an 8800gtx and it will be a q6600! Later another 8800gtx will be added! If a better rad was bought, would it cope?

Sorry e....

If your adding a second GPU block to the loop you may even want to go bigger than a 360, or maybe split up the loop.

Okay, thanks for the info! I will look into it further; properly will look at getting bigger than the 360 rather than a second loop?

Or would a second loop be better?

I just went from a single loop to a Double loop.

Single:
D-Tek Fuzion
Swiftech MCW60 GPU blocks x2
Swiftech MCP350 pumps w/OCLabs top x2
Black Ice Extreme 240 & 360 rads.
Swiftech Micro res.

Double:
D-Tek Fuzion w/5.5 nozzle
Swiftech MCP355 w/Petra's top
Black Ice Extreme 240 rad.
T-line

Swiftech MCW60 GPU blocks x2
Swiftech MCP350 w/Petra's top
Black Ice Extreme 360 rad.
T-line

With the nozzle installed I feel its best to have just the CPU in the loop with the reduced flow.
