I can testify to the Swiftech MCW30 waterblock. I have used it on my eVGA 680i NB, and now on my ASUS X38 NB. The block has almost no flow restriction and considered to be one of the best.

The Dtek Fusion is known for being the best CPU cooler, so get one of those with the nozzle kit.

Im looking for a solution for my cpu under $50. What about the swiftech cpu block on newegg for just under $50?

what about running a gpu waterblock on the same pump as the nb and cpu? All three what are the pros and the cons of doing it?

the heat dumped from one to the other would not be good. its better to keep them in two seperate loops. I had this as my first loop:

RES-> PUMP -> RAD -> CPU WB -> GPU WB -> RES

thats pretty much the best loop for a CPU and GPU... most people will tell you to forget the NB but if you would like I would recommend the best and optimal choice (definetly not the cheapest) to be two loops such as:
loop 1:
RES -> PUMP -> 240 RAD -> CPU -> NB -> RES
loop 2:
RES -> PUMP -> 360 RAD -> GPU -> RES

the reason is because the GPUs dump alot of heat since they are usually the hottest components in the case. If you have a budget I could help you pick stuff out
