Default HighTemps (MCR220 -QP)

Im having some issues with heat with my setup

this is the kit I have

http://www.jab-tech.com/product.php?productid=3198

I have the radiator setup how they arrived from the factory, the 2 fans are pushing air out the fans are 2x 120mm 72 CFM ......after running prime95 for about 20min my temps start to rise and my rad gets hot to the touch..and temps get as high as 65c my room temp is 24c

is there any way to cool my rad down more? or do I have to get a bigger one
mind you all I'm cooling right now is the CPU I'm currently at 1.43 volts(windows) and I'm running 8x450

To be honest.... Im not sure. Looking at your system specs you have a good over clock going. The stock is 2.4 and your at 3.7 I would either tend to think it could be two things. Either your pushing that MCR220 to it's limit or you have a bad cpu/block mount, (meaning the contact on your die/IHS is not good)
You will have to wait till someone else chimes in. I have no experience at all with an Apogee GT block.

Is the Rad installed inside the case or hanging off the back like pictured? If it's inside or top or bottom mounted, make sure you have more system air flow (guessing) to help evacuate the hot air and keep it further from the Rad....
Maybe you can try some higher CFM fans for a couple of *c (degrees)?

I have 3 of those on one build with my MCR320-QP on 3 rheostats in a pull config, and love them. Not noisy at all IMHO.

I mean your volts are low too - so you have me scratching my head on this one.

Well a 220 rad should cool fine with just a cpu loop..i know its a quad your cooling but the temps should'nt be that high..try to re-seat your block..also did you bleed the system correctly and make sure there are no bubbles left in the loop??

If you have any way to check the water temperature, that may give you an idea if you need a bigger radiator or not. If the ambient to water delta is really large, then the radiator's simply not dissipating enough heat. If the delta's really small (<5) then you might need to reseat your waterblock.
