i was thinking of also adding the north and south bridges to the loop , would my pump be able to handle that? and i was wondering what blocks to use for them. i have $300 to spend.

almost any fan can be "silent" with a fan controller http://www.petrastechshop.com/surhfanspcob.html
The antec tricools are quiet on low to me? Ive read a lot of good things about these and a lot of people say they are very quiet http://www.petrastechshop.com/surhfanspcob.html You can also check out the 120mm fan review in my sig....it's a lot of reading but it's worth it
