I know I have to order M4 screws but on McMaster-Carr, it has different lengths. Don't really know which length to choose. I am using four Yate Loon 120x120x25mm. I have a feeling I have to get 25mm screws.
Need an answer ASAP.

You'll want them a little longer so they will go down into the threads on the rad flanges...And if you want to add grills or anything they will need to be a little longer to...What I do is buy them over long then just cut them with a pair of heavy side-cutters however long i want them...You might have the clean the threads up a little with a file to get them started but thats no biggie...If they seem a little over-long you can always use a washer with them to space it out a little more, you need to be careful and make sure they don't go to far past the rad flange and on into he rad itself or you might puncture a tube...So I would get them 30mm long and just cut them down...

Well, I measured the threaded part of one of my GTX480's screws and it turns out to be 25ish mm.

Yeah thats right they come with some screws to don't they...If you have the short ones you can just use those, just put it through one side of the fan, use a little skinny screw-drive through the top fan hole to screw it in with....

30mm m4 screws works on my rad coming on the inside which attaches a 25mm thick fan and a radbox.
