I am still planning myself a new PC, I wanted to use Air(Thermaltae IFX-14) But I see water is much more efficient, I read what to do etc on a guide at Tomshardware.com. I learned that I needed: A resorvoir, pump, cables, CPU block and radiator. But, I have no idea what parts to get, can anyone please help my out thru a few suggestions?

I would suggest one of Petra's custom kits from here...
www.petrastechshop.com Even if what you want is not in stock you can always get the components from a mix of vendors. The parts list is complete......"just add water" distilled that is
