Default Decided to not modify my old sys and create a new one

So I know there are 1002354252343 threads about this... Anyways, I want to OC the below rig as far as I can make it go. I want to cool the CPU/GPU, however I will be putting in an 8800 when I go about this wonderful little project.

Ive spent weeks looking at pumps and head and psi and gpm bla bla bla. My head is spinning. I thought I was at home not at work! Anyways, since the pumps at work clearly that clear millions of gallons daily will not be practical to use for my watercooling system, I pose the following question to you.

I would like to use the Fuzion block on my C2D. What nozzle would you recommend, and why? Also, what pump to accompany this bad boy? (It just needs to be relatively quiet, I don't care about voltage or ac/dc.)

Thanks in advance folks.

For the pump, everyone always recommends the d5 vario.

Yeah really the D-5 is a good all around reliable pump......For the nozzles I'd start with the 5.5mm, run it a couple of weeks then try the 4.5mm, run it a couple of weeks then the 6.5mm...That way you can dial it in for your configuration....Thats for a CPU only loop, with a GPU to I'd just use a washer or maybe try the 6.5mm....The smallest nozzle I wouldn't use at all except maybe with dual 18W DDC in series or a Iwaki, its a tad restrictive......

If don't want to try them all out I'd just try the 5.5mm and see how it does, you should still get decent flow with it and a little more turbulence......

I've been crunching the numbers and to me, the flow I will be getting through a Fuzion nozzle block in addition to my other components, simply doesn't seem adequate. I was actually thinking about jumping to a "real" pump. Something 120vac, had more pressure, and has a much higher amount of head.

Grainger has a lot of pumps.

We'll the king of pumps has th be the Iwaki RD 30, its a 24vdc pump that needs to be under-volted to 18vdc so it doesn't have so much heat dump...Iwaki RD 30

Meanwell S-150-24 are the most common PSU's used with them, its luck of the draw if you can get one to go down under 21vdc though...CD and Mikey here have one they may know of a better way to power one...I get my Meanwells at TRC Electronic's....

I have a Iwaki WMD 20 RZ,its a high head pump, its the American made AC version...The MD models are Japanese and are supposed to run a little cooler and are a little smaller, they cost about $50 bux more...I bought mine here...Iwaki AC Pumps...Look on the second page..The other 20 which is used a lot is the 20RL, it has less head but more flow....Don't ever get a RX model they are strictly high flow low head, they are just a circulating pump, no good for WC....

I'm kind of glad I bought the AC version now, its a very nice pump and not far behind the RD 30 in flow...You just don't get the bragging rights......I haven't bucket tested it but with my config I should have around 2.25gpm give or take a bit...I like more flow then that, but its not bad at that....

I have mine on a Crydom relay so it comes on with my comp PSU, you can get them on eBAY fro $10 bux or so, the model designation and all that is in my sig.....
