Actually that was the first plan, but the aluminum would get too unstable (is that the right word? >.<) and bend easier.

Anyway, I changed those 2 since I'm using 2x 360mm rads now. Also made a couple more

Honestly tho, if you guys want some of these I can see if we can get one of our CNC machines to mill a bunch. But I will need to have a lot of orders first if I want to convince my boss

EDIT: We could even adonize the aluminum to give it enhanced corrosion resistance, surface hardness and most importantly; give it a nice color (black, blue, red, pink; you name it)
