I'm currently running a MCP655b pump
and I'm kind off worried if I leave my PC on while away and my pump dies is there any way to have my PC shut down in case?

There's an option in the bios for it to shut down at a certain temp.

It depends on the BIOS. For example my BIOS will beep a warning but it doesn't shut down. The MP655-B has a RPM sensor cable which can be plugged into the CPU fan post of most mobos. If your BIOS doesn't have a low CPU fan shutdown feature you can then use something like SpeedFan to run a Shutdown event if RPM drops below a set threshold for x number of seconds. Thats how I have mine set up.
